For Referring Practitioners

DSC05304

At Adelaide MaxFax, we believe in a collaborative team approach to patient care. Our commitment extends to building strong long-term relationships with our referring dentists and doctors. We are always eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals in South Australia.

When you refer your patients to Adelaide MaxFax, you will receive written correspondence from Dr. Khouri following each patient appointment.

Dr Khouri collaborates closely with you to ensure your satisfaction with the surgical plan prior to surgical procedures. He is happy to discuss your patients’ treatment plans in person, via phone or via video conference.

We will utilise your preferred implant system or discuss alternatives. Our aim is to achieve optimal results for you and your patients.

Please note that most patients referred to our practice require a recent OPG x-ray taken within the last 12 months. If you prefer, we can arrange this for your patients — please inform us accordingly.
